Cancellations and Refunds

  • Taxi Bookings: Cancellations for taxi bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount.
  • Tour Packages: Cancellations for tour packages must be made at least 7 days before the start date to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 3-7 days prior will incur a 25% cancellation fee, and cancellations made less than 3 days in advance are non-refundable.
  • Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that any transaction fees charged by payment providers are non-refundable.

Modifications

  • If you need to modify your taxi booking or tour package (e.g., change of date, time, or destination), please contact our support team at least 24 hours in advance for taxi bookings or 7 days in advance for tour packages. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable, including:

  • Bookings made under promotional or non-refundable rates.
  • Services already rendered or partially completed.
  • Third-party services (e.g., entrance fees or activities included in tour packages) that are non-refundable per their terms.

Issues with Service

If you experience any issues during your taxi ride or tour package (e.g., vehicle breakdown, driver misconduct, or itinerary discrepancies), please contact us immediately at +94 77 923 0490 or support.waygotravels.com. We will investigate and, if deemed appropriate, offer a partial or full refund or a complimentary service, depending on the circumstances.

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval. It may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
